Return & Shipping Policy
As our products are classified as body care, we are unable to accept return packages at this time. This policy is in place to ensure the safety and well-being of all our customers. Please carefully review your shipping address and order details before completing your purchase.
No Returns or Exchanges, Or Refunds. All Sales Are Final.
Once an order is placed, we are not liable for any inconvenience that may occur after shipment.
Order Processing & Shipping
Orders are typically processed within 1–10 business days. Most orders will ship within 5 business days following the authorization and verification of payment. Please note that weekends and holidays are not included in this processing window.
All shipments are sent via USPS or UPS, and a tracking number will be provided to the customer upon dispatch. We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they are in the possession of the postal service.
In cases where an order contains multiple items, shipments may be sent separately.
